A trauma-aware, heart-centered EFT Practitioner Training designed to help you heal yourself deeply while learning how to safely guide others through emotional transformation.

This is a small-group training (maximum 8 participants) designed to ensure a supported, intimate, and personalised learning experience.

This training is not just about learning a technique. It is about learning how to hold space, regulate the nervous system, work with emotional patterns compassionately, and guide lasting transformation from a grounded and embodied place.

This Training Is For You If...

  • You feel called to help others heal — but you want to do it in a way that feels safe, intuitive, ethical, and deeply effective.
  • You may already be a coach, therapist, healer, wellness practitioner, or someone on your own healing journey who knows firsthand the power of emotional work.
  • You’re not looking to memorize scripts or perform healing.
  • You want to understand how emotions live in the body, how the nervous system responds to stress and trauma, and how EFT can gently create real shifts.
  • Most of all, you want to learn how to hold space in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and authentic to who you are.

Why EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is a powerful mind-body healing modality that combines acupressure with emotional processing.

EFT helps regulate the nervous system, release stored emotional patterns, reduce stress and anxiety, and create profound emotional shifts in a gentle and accessible way.

What I love most about EFT is that it helps people reconnect to themselves with compassion instead of force.

It allows healing to happen safely.

Not through pushing.

Not through reliving trauma.

But through presence, awareness, and nervous system regulation.

Here are a few words from clients who have experienced this work firsthand.

“Thanks to Lena’s support, care, and guidance, I was able to deeply reconnect with my younger self and release long-held pain, sadness, and resentment. This process helped quiet my inner critic and gave me a sense of clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom in my life. I feel more empowered and able to make choices without guilt or fear. EFT tapping has helped me release fears and reconnect with myself in ways I never thought possible.”

Arlae

“I felt stuck when I came to Lena. Through EFT tapping, she helped me uncover and work through emotional patterns I wasn’t fully aware of, and I could feel real shifts in my body, energy, and creativity. What stood out most was her presence — she creates a safe, grounded space and guides with both gentleness and clarity. She is not just teaching theory; she embodies the work. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to explore this work in a safe and professional way.”

What Makes This EFT Training Different

The way healing work is taught matters.

This training was intentionally designed as a 13-week experience because my own EFT certification was completed in a very condensed long weekend format.

While I learned the foundations, I left without the confidence or integration needed to apply the work fully in real sessions. I came to understand that learning EFT intellectually and embodying it as a practitioner are two very different processes.

Healing work requires time — for practice, reflection, integration, and support.

This is why this training is offered in a small, intimate group (maximum 8 participants), creating a grounded and supportive container where you can gradually build confidence, deepen your understanding, and grow into the work in a sustainable way.

INSIDE THIS TRAINING, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

A trauma-aware and emotionally safe approach to healing work
Nervous system-informed facilitation tools
Live practice sessions & ongoing mentorship
Holding compassionate space for others
Building confidence as a practitioner
Personal growth alongside practitioner training
Ethical, heart-centered client work
Small, supportive group learning experience with personal attention (max 8 participants)

This training is not only about understanding a technique.
It is about becoming the kind of practitioner who can hold emotional space with presence, safety, and compassion.

Assessment & Certification

This is an experiential, skills-based training. Your progress will be assessed not only on your understanding of EFT concepts, but on your ability to apply them safely, accurately, and confidently in real-time practice.

To support your growth and ensure you are ready for certification, your development throughout the 13-week training will be guided and assessed through a combination of the following:

Observation during live training sessions

Your growth will be supported through ongoing observation of your participation, engagement, and practical application during live sessions. This allows for real-time guidance, support, and refinement of your skills as you learn.

Weekly quiz questions

Short quizzes are designed to gently reinforce your understanding of key concepts and support integration of the material. These are intended as a learning tool, not a test of perfection.

Practical assignments

All assignments are designed to be directly applicable to your development as an EFT practitioner, helping you build confidence, deepen your understanding, and embody the work in a grounded way.

Case studies

You are required to complete a total of 12 recorded EFT sessions, consisting of three sessions with four different people.

These case studies are a core part of your training, giving you the opportunity to apply EFT in real-life scenarios, build confidence, and reflect on your approach, presence, and decision-making.

Personalized feedback

You will receive ongoing, individualized feedback throughout the training to support your growth, refine your technique, and deepen your confidence as a practitioner.

You will not be navigating this alone. You will be guided, supported, and held through the learning process as you grow into this work.

Personal Experience Requirement

As part of this training, you are required to complete a minimum of 3 personal EFT sessions with an experienced practitioner of your choice during the program. I will also be offering a discount for my sessions in case you choose to work with me.
This ensures you are engaging with the work personally, supporting your own emotional process, and developing a felt understanding of the techniques as you learn to apply them with others.
Please note: these personal sessions are not included in the training fee and are arranged and paid for separately.

EVOLVING YOUR PRACTICE AFTER TRAINING

You are strongly encouraged to continue your development through regular monthly professional development sessions and community gatherings.
These ongoing spaces are designed to support you in refining your skills, deepening your confidence, and staying connected with other EFT practitioners as you continue to evolve your practice.
